Now, I am certain that this dude is extremely talented and that he contributes in several different ways to the Sugarland duo, but what homeboy (Kristian Bush) is sitting on is the musical equivalent to a golden Wonka ticket. With the most affecting and unique voice in country music, Jennifer Nettles could easily be topping the charts as a solo act.
In other words, Sugar doesn’t need Land, but she keeps him anyway. And for that— and because of the millions of bones that undoubtedly come along with it— he is the luckiest man alive. Period.
